This website is operated by AWAKE movement. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AWAKE movement. AWAKE MOVEMENT offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Materials
The materials we use for our gold pendants is 18k gold plated over stainless steal. For our silver pendants it is high gloss polished stainless steel. The chains are 18K gold or silver plated over brass.

We carefully choose our materials to prevent tarnishing as much as possible.
Keep in mind that due to the personal pH levels of an individual’s skin, jewelry may tarnish more quickly for some than for others.

While these materials are durable enough to wear everyday, it is advisable to remove when showering or applying lotions, perfumes or make up. This will retain the polished finish for longer.

Caring for your jewelry
The necklaces and chains can be cleaned and polished using a jewelry polishing cloth.

SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs per order is €2,95 within the Netherlands.
We offer international shipping.
The shipping costs depend on the rates per country.

DELIVERY
Orders can be guaranteed by the mailbox if it meets the requirements that PostNL sets to letterboxes. It means that the free opening of the slot must be at least 265 mm long and 33 mm wide. If there is a space behind the insertion slot where the post may fall, its dimensions must be at least 270 mm x 150 mm x 380 mm (W x H x D).
It is possible that the order is delivered in multiple packages so that they can be delivered at home.
Orders outside the Netherlands are sent by parcel post, unless the order fits into one letterbox package.

DELIVERY TIME
Your order is immediately reserved for you. After you placed your order, you will receive the order within 5 working days.
The pre-orders are delivered as quickly as possible and have a maximum delivery time of one month. Exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to compensation. We are not responsible for delays by PostNL.

We ship internationally by PostNL. The international delivery duration varies per country. 

We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.

Our shipping is not traceable.

 CHECK DELIVERED ARTICLES
After receipt of the package you must check whether the items are in accordance with the order. If that is not the case, you must inform AWAKE MOVEMENT of this within 7 working days of receipt. See the conditions under return shipments or exchanges. If AWAKE MOVEMENT has not received notice within these 7 working days, we have fulfilled our obligations to deliver.

If an article indeed does not comply with the agreement, AWAKE will take back the article and send you the right article.

Returns policy
Goods sold are non-refundable. All items are made to order. Therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Faults
The jewelry of AWAKE is entirely handmade and therefore there will always be some variations between pieces. These pieces are fine and delicate and should be handled and worn with care.  Normal wear and tear on jewelry items is not considered a fault.

If you feel a piece of jewelry is faulty, or if breakage has occurred please contact us on through info@awakemovement.com.
The piece will be assessed and if considered faulty, we will gladly repair or exchange the faulty piece.
